Off-street parking for two cars (one in the carport, one in the driveway behind it). A portable crib, pack-and-play, and highchair are provided.

All three bedrooms have queen-size beds. The primary suite is en suite and features a SmartLife / King Koil mattress with customizable comfort settings, a flat-screen smart TV, and a large shower. The two guest bedrooms share the hall bath; one guest bedroom also has a flat-screen smart TV. Extra bedding and a restful, open-beam feel throughout.

The primary bath has a large walk-in shower and a Deer Valley smart bidet toilet with a wall-mounted remote. The shared hall bath has a single sink and a shower/tub combination.

The kitchen is open to the living area and includes stainless steel appliances. Please note there is no dishwasher. A dining table sits just off the kitchen, and a sliding glass door opens to the front deck, where the outdoor dining table seats 8–10.

Pitched open-beam ceilings give the living area an airy feel. Gather around the gas fireplace, watch the living-room smart TV, or step straight out to the deck. The layout is simple and comfortable — easy for conversation, a quiet evening in, or getting out the door to explore Carmel.
