The space This approximately 1,200 sq ft home offers three bedrooms and two full baths, all on one level. Please note there are outdoor stairs to enter the home. The open living area connects the kitchen, dining table, and a cozy gas fireplace, with a sliding glass door leading to a large front deck. Forced-air heat throughout. Off-street parking for two cars (one in the carport, one in the driveway behind it). A portable crib, pack-and-play, and highchair are provided. The primary suite is en suite and features a SmartLife / King Koil mattress with customizable comfort settings, a flat-screen smart TV, and a large shower. The two guest bedrooms share the hall bath; one guest bedroom also has a flat-screen smart TV. Extra bedding and a restful, open-beam feel throughout. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The primary bath has a large walk-in shower and a Deer Valley smart bidet toilet with a wall-mounted remote. The shared hall bath has a single sink and a shower/tub combination. ☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆ The kitchen is open to the living area and includes stainless steel appliances. Please note there is no dishwasher. A dining table sits just off the kitchen, and a sliding glass door opens to the front deck, where the outdoor dining table seats 8–10. ☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆ Pitched open-beam ceilings give the living area an airy feel. Gather around the gas fireplace, watch the living-room smart TV, or step straight out to the deck. The layout is simple and comfortable — easy for conversation, a quiet evening in, or getting out the door to explore Carmel. ☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆ The large front deck is the outdoor heart of the house: a dining table for 8–10 plus additional seating on outdoor couches. A great spot for morning coffee or an evening meal. Parking is off-street: one car in the carport and a second car in the driveway behind it. ★☆ Book Lucky Charm and let Peninsula Luxe take care of you in Carmel ☆★ Other things to note Maximum occupancy is six guests. Small pets are welcome, subject to a pet fee. No smoking inside the home. No parties or events. Lease Details & Notes Lucky Charm is available exclusively as a furnished monthly rental (31-day minimum). Rates vary seasonally based on timing and availability. Rental Agreement: Must be completed and executed at the time of reservation and is required for all bookings without exception. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for utility costs. Neighborhood Harmony: Located in a quiet residential enclave; quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask guests to remain mindful of our neighbors. Events: Large gatherings, parties, or weddings are strictly prohibited. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and property. There is off-street parking for two cars.
