Quiet hours are in effect from 10 PM to 8 AM daily. During this time, please refrain from any activities that may generate noise audible beyond the property boundaries. Throughout the day, we ask that you be mindful of noise levels to respect our neighbors' right to the peaceful enjoyment of their homes.
The underground garage fits vehicles no larger than a mid-size SUV. For those driving larger vehicles, there is parking along the street or in a public parking lot one block down at Sunset Center.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire living space and private outdoor patio. There is a gated parking garage beneath the building that is shared.

We have been to Carmel a few times. This is the best location we have found to date. It is close to all of the shopping and food you would want. It is extremely safe and quaint even late at night. We did not have to leave the area unless we golfed.
The Peninsula Luxe team was amazing. Excellent communication, very accommodating, and overall a pleasure. The unit was just as we expected and was very nice. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area for a weekend or even longer. Nikita

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was big, beautiful, very clean, and centrally located. The only aspect that made it harder was there appeared to be a club playing extremely loud music until 2AM on Friday night which we weren't expecting so I'd suggest bringing earbuds if you're staying over the weekend. Other than that, it was perfect and we really loved our stay! Kristin
