So wonderful. We were just 2/3 blocks to all shops and most if not all of the Restaurants. The house is spotless easy to use and that kitchen WOW. WE LOVED IT Michelle

Amazing location and very comfortable well appointed home. Love the sunny kitchen. Highly recommend. We throughly enjoyed our time in Carmel. This house was in a perfect location. Very close to all the towns attractions but also felt private. Stayed here for an all girls trip and felt extremely safe in this property. The house was in perfect condition and was exactly as described and shown in the photos. We especially loved the fold up chairs available to carry to the beach! Alex's property is very well located for exploring Carmel and was squeaky clean and extremely well equipped for a visit. Deserves its excellent ratings! The house just needs a bit more interior lighting to combat Carmel's overcast days and more comfortable chairs in the enclosed front porch. Developing the backyard landscaping and comfortable seating as a future project would enhance the property greatly. Appreciated the off street parking!
