Throughout the home, you'll find five spacious bedrooms. On the main level, there are two bedrooms off the grand entry, one with a queen bed and another with a king bed. On the other side of the first floor, there are two bedrooms, both with queen beds. Upstairs, there is a spacious suite with a king bed and two private decks with ocean views.
☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
There are four full bathrooms in this home. Downstairs, the bedroom with the king bed has an attached master ensuite, with two sinks, a large, jetted soaking tub, oversized shower, and separate toilet. The other bedroom off the main entry has a private bath, but there is also a door into that bath from the hall, so it can serve as a guest bath/powder room. The two bedrooms at the opposite end of the home downstairs share a bath with an oversized tub/shower combo and two sinks. Upstairs, the private bath has two sinks, a shower, separate toilet, and a large, jetted tub.

The kitchen area is open, bright, and spacious. There is an oversized range, coffee station, stainless steel appliances, and a bar top with additional seating. There is a separate dining area with a large dining table just off the kitchen by the living room, as well as a spacious breakfast nook off the kitchen with more seating and ocean views.
☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆
The large living room features sweeping ocean views looking west and south, with easy access to the oversized patio via a selection of French doors leading outside. Just behind the living room is a den, perfect for kids or television-watching.

The outdoor space is a rare find for the area - a large patio with incredible ocean and mountain views; you can hear the waves crashing against the granite rocks below and view a variety of marine life, including whales.

This home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Any noise during quiet hours (10pm-8am every day) is not permitted. Noise during the day must be kept to a minimum, as to not disturb the neighbors at any time.

Amenities
This Airbnb is all about the location! The house has such amazing views and feels so private while you are there. You have 180 degree views of the ocean and can hardly tell there are even other houses nearby. Inside the house is filled with windows that allow you to enjoy those same views even from inside. The house is very spacious and has everything you need. I would definitely go back! Alex was the best host I ever had - extremely responsive and proactive, from the start of booking to checkout, he was in constant communications with me and responded in minutes even on holidays. The place is magical with expansive coast and ocean front views from the living and kitchen area. The decor reflects historical culture. We were a party of ten plus a toddler and a dog. There were plenty of spaces for all of us. Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, cookeries, spices (no cooking oil or vinegar). Being 5 minutes to Point Lobos state reserve and even closer to the Garrapata state park made it particularly easy to enjoy the area. The scenery was beautiful and just as advertised—a definite highlight. A few minor issues came up during the stay, but overall, it was a pleasant experience. This place is something special. The views that wrap around the property are unbelievable. The space was very clean and had everything we needed. This was a special trip for my family and staying here made it a thousand times more special! I highly recommend this airbnb!
