☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
Throughout the home, you'll find five spacious bedrooms. On the main level, there are two bedrooms off the grand entry, one with a queen bed and another with a king bed. On the other side of the first floor, there are two bedrooms, both with queen beds. Upstairs, there is a spacious suite with a king bed and two private decks with ocean views.
☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
There are four full bathrooms in this home. Downstairs, the bedroom with the king bed has an attached master ensuite, with two sinks, a large, jetted soaking tub, oversized shower, and separate toilet. The other bedroom off the main entry has a private bath, but there is also a door into that bath from the hall, so it can serve as a guest bath/powder room. The two bedrooms at the opposite end of the home downstairs share a bath with an oversized tub/shower combo and two sinks. Upstairs, the private bath has two sinks, a shower, separate toilet, and a large, jetted tub.

The kitchen area is open, bright, and spacious. There is an oversized range, coffee station, stainless steel appliances, and a bar top with additional seating. There is a separate dining area with a large dining table just off the kitchen by the living room, as well as a spacious breakfast nook off the kitchen with more seating and ocean views.
☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆
The large living room features sweeping ocean views looking west and south, with easy access to the oversized patio via a selection of French doors leading outside. Just behind the living room is a den, perfect for kids or television-watching.

The outdoor space is a rare find for the area - a large patio with incredible ocean and mountain views; you can hear the waves crashing against the granite rocks below and view a variety of marine life, including whales.

This home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Any noise during quiet hours (10pm-8am every day) is not permitted. Noise during the day must be kept to a minimum, as to not disturb the neighbors at any time.

Wonderful location and friendly host, but many lightbulbs were burnt out and the front steps lights were broken and in the back. Exterior non lights,,, very unsafe along with Pineneedles that were slippery. Not stocked up to expectations . For the price . I am a super host myself and was very disappointed in lack of amenities not being stocked and updated upon arrival . The location and views are incredible! A perfect spot just 15 mins from downtown Carmel that can handle an entire family. Alex is an excellent host. I wish all hosts were as responsive as he is. Beautiful property and location. Unforgettable views. Beautiful sunsets. <br/>Little windy on top but views make up for it. Thank you for hosting our little family.
