You'll find two spacious bedrooms, each offering a King-sized bed. Both bedrooms have easy-to-use shades that can block out most of the morning light. One bedroom has an en-suite bath with a tub and both bedrooms offer a spacious closet.

There are two recently remodeled bathrooms in this home. One, located off the hallway, has an oversized shower with a built-in bench while the other bathroom offers a shower-tub combo.

The kitchen area is filled with natural light and open to the living and dining area. There is a gas range, oven, double-drawer dishwasher, large, french door refrigerator, microwave, and farm-style sink. The dining table seats four, plus there are six bar top seats around the kitchen island.

Accessing the Treehouse requires walking up two small flights of stairs.
This home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Any noise during quiet hours (10pm-8am every day) is not permitted. Noise during the day must be kept to a minimum, as to not disturb the neighbors at any time.

Nice, top floor unit. Great location. A short but hilly walk to downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea. Well appointed home, with plenty of basic necessities. No A/C, which most homes in Monterey do not have. We were there hottest days of the year, and still quite comfortable, although bedroom ceiling fans would be a nice addition. C

Spotless, large, new apartment with great kitchen and bathrooms. However the couch and dining chairs are quite uncomfortable, like they forgot the padding. Downside in an otherwise great place.
