You'll find two spacious bedrooms, each offering a King-sized bed with organic bamboo linens. Both bedrooms have easy-to-use shades that can block out most of the morning light. One bedroom has an en-suite bath with a tub and both bedrooms offer a spacious closet.

There are two recently remodeled bathrooms in this home. One, located off the hallway, has an oversized walk-in shower with a built-in bench while the other bathroom offers a shower-tub combo.

The kitchen area is filled with natural light and open to the living and dining area. There is a GE Cafe gas range, oven, double-drawer dishwasher, large french door refrigerator, microwave, and farm-style sink. The dining table seats six, plus there are seven bar top seats around the kitchen island.

The living area is open to the kitchen and dining area, offering a great room with plenty of natural light and forest and ocean views. There is a large, flat-screen Roku smart TV for guest use.

Accessing the Treehouse requires walking up two small flights of stairs.
This home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Any noise during quiet hours (10pm-8am every day) is not permitted. Noise during the day must be kept to a minimum, as to not disturb the neighbors at any time.

Amenities
We thought it was lovely and comfortable. Enjoyed the windows, nice kitchen, and comfy beds. It had everything we needed. This is a beautiful home that meets its luxury description. The bedrooms were luxurious and comfortable. The kitchen is designed with incredible appliances. We enjoyed cooking dinners at the home and also dinners out at nearby restaurants in downtown Carmel. It was very helpful to have a designated parking spot out front. <br/>Deeann helped us check-in early and also communicated throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. <br/>Very grateful for our stay and we hope to come back soon! If I get the chance I want to stay here again. The condo is beautifully decorated, immaculately maintained, the view amazing, and perfectly located for walks downtown and to the beach. I loved, loved, loved it! We really enjoyed our stay! Very nice and comfortable.
