You'll find two spacious bedrooms, each offering a King-sized bed. Both bedrooms have easy-to-use shades that can block out most of the morning light. One bedroom has an en-suite bath with a tub and both bedrooms offer a spacious closet.

There are two recently remodeled bathrooms in this home. One, located off the hallway, has an oversized shower with a built-in bench while the other bathroom offers a shower-tub combo.

The kitchen area is filled with natural light and open to the living and dining area. There is a gas range, oven, double-drawer dishwasher, large, french door refrigerator, microwave, and farm-style sink. The dining table seats four, plus there are six bar top seats around the kitchen island.

Accessing the Treehouse requires walking up two small flights of stairs.
This home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Any noise during quiet hours (10pm-8am every day) is not permitted. Noise during the day must be kept to a minimum, as to not disturb the neighbors at any time.

Deeann's place was simply amazing! <br/>The space is really well designed with lots of room and amenities. The cabinets were thoughtfully stocked - if we needed something - it was always there :-) <br/>The location is very walkable to downtown Carmel and the beach. <br/>We had a GREAT time and will be back! We thought it was lovely and comfortable. Enjoyed the windows, nice kitchen, and comfy beds. It had everything we needed.
