This condo is nestled in a quiet, gated community. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM daily; please keep noise within property boundaries during these hours and remain mindful of neighbors throughout the day to maintain the serene atmosphere.
For your safety, the property includes a Ring doorbell camera at the entrance. Your privacy is our utmost priority, there are no surveillance devices inside the home.
Accessibility: The condo is not wheelchair accessible due to multiple short flights of stairs throughout. All stairs have handrails, but please exercise caution for small children or guests with mobility challenges.
Pet Policy: The HOA does not permit dogs on-site. Please inform us in advance if you have a certified service animal with documentation.

La estadía fue perfecta. La casa es excelente! Teníamos miedo porque las fotos parecían de render pero es exactamente igual. La playa está a unos metros, es casi privada. El club house también está muy cerca para practicar algunos deportes. Muy cómodo, limpio y espectacular todo. Highly recommend. We stayed for a few days in August with family and absolutely loved it. The home was beautifully furnished, well stocked, and amenitized. Views and sunset were unreal. Great enclosed outdoor space for the kids. Beds were super comfy. Great location in the community right across the street from additional parking, pool, and sport courts. House provided stuff for pool, beach, pickleball, and basketball. Kitchen was well stocked and loved that everything was labeled. Bunk bed, trundle beds, and loft with a daybed were perfect for our kids. Professionally managed and host was very responsive.
