Eric’s apartment is a wonderful spot right in the heart of Monterey. The location made it super easy to get around, and the unit was quiet and relaxing. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, perfect if you want to cook a meal at home. The bathroom is clean and modern, with both a tub and a shower. We really appreciated the comfortable king-size bed, and the small living room area fit us perfectly ... it was cozy but never felt cramped.<br/>Eric was a friendly and responsive host, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Overall, this apartment was the ideal home base for exploring Monterey, and we’d happily stay here again! We stayed at Eric’s place with our 1y/o baby and it was perfect space and had a cot/crib provided. The condo is quiet and peaceful and is a good location to explore Monterey, Carmel and to access highway network for further afield. Emerson

This Airbnb was exactly what me and my partner were looking for. It is inside a little village of apartment complexes and the neighborhood is very nice. The photos are exactly what you will see upon arrival. The space was clean, organized, and equipped with everything we needed. There are grocery stores and a mall only about a 20 minute walk away, and only a short uber drive closer to the coast. This is a very good find if you are staying in Monterey and can’t afford to pay the high prices that come along with visiting here. Our host was very responsive and had our best interest in mind. Really enjoyed having a cup of coffee on the porch in the morning, venturing out into the town during the day, and coming back at the end of the day to watch a movie. Good Host Small condo but well equipped. Great for party of 2. Should identify that a barbecue is available on property and also building number not only condo apt number. Indicate as well where trash to be taken and whether swimming pool can be used by guests and where located. Don't like eating at raised kitchen counter bar chair style but that is personal preference issue only. Would stay again if in area
