First-rate accommodations!  Unit has been updated and the hosts have thought of everything one might need. Living room window is huge and looks on a spectacular view of the ocean.

Alex's place was peaceful, beautiful and pristine. The house is one of a kind with beautiful bathrooms and lovely windows to see the amazing view outside! Kitchen + bathroom products were well stocked. The space is well taken care of. Thank you so much Alex - we will be back!

We loved our Thanksgiving week stay at Pacific Oasis! This house is just beautiful, squeaky clean and so comfortable. We felt right at home when we arrived. Alex was great, answered all of my questions quickly, and allowed us to check in a bit early. The house is just as depicted in the pictures. The view from the picture window in the living room is spectacular. We took many walks on the beach which is accessible directly from the house on a path. The house is equipped with most necessities for cooking, a nice variety of spices and foil, plastic wrap, etc. which was very nice! The bedrooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable and  the bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled. The location of the house was great for short trips to Monterey, Carmel and Big Sur. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this place for your next getaway.

We're thrilled we stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend - it was perfect for what we needed and very comfortable. <br/>Two points future guests should be aware of: it is a multi-level home so there are lots of small sets of stairs. It wasn't a problem for us but others should be aware. <br/>The bigger issue is the driveway which can only be described as treacherous. Our SUV had difficulty navigating it - in perfectly dry conditions. We ultimately chose to park at the top of the driveway and walk up/down. We were a little hesitant to leave the car on the side of the road at the top of the driveway but ultimately concluded it was preferable to navigating such a steep driveway (and we live in the mountains and are use to steep roads). <br/>But overall, it was a great house!

The place was very clean and nice. Wished it was a little closer to town but if you don’t mind a little walking, it can be done. Lots of uphill walking on the way back. Great stay. Carmel is a great spot to visit.
