This Airbnb is done the way they should be done! The property is beautiful, the beds are super comfortable, the decor is very tastefully done, and the backyard is to die for!!! I wish we could have enjoyed the BBQ grill and giant screen TV out back. Every room has its own tv and I truly appreciated them having sandwich baggies, foil, wax paper, and paper plates on hand. The host was super fast at responding and allowed us to go back in well after check out for some headphones left behind. Very accommodating and polite. Definitely a 10/10 experience. You won’t be disappointed. Stephen

this place was grreat for the small family trip we made. it allowed the toddlers to use the park across the street grocery store close by. commute was convenient to airport and our itinerary. would definitely stay again as it allowed the toddlers to use the park without driving or walking long distance We are having our house remodeled in nearby San Jose and needed a rental to entertain family over the holidays. After much searching, my wife found this lovely home in Morgan Hill, very close to my daughter, her husband, and newborn grandchild.
I was cautious as this was a new rental, with no history of reviews. But I put my faith in property manager Alex and the wonderful Peninsula Luxe team, and I'm so happy I did!
This home is perfect for anyone looking for entertaining friends/family, or even an extended business trip with co-workers.
The home was recently remodeled and features all modern appliances and features. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare everything from simple family breakfasts to a holiday prime rib dinner (which we did!).
Although the weather was slightly inclement, the backyard is incredible, with great seating, shade umbrellas, fire pit and even a large screen TV!
I want to thank Alex for his great communication. I will use Peninsula Luxe again! Traveled from Arizona for a military service with the family. House was perfect for our stay. Would stay here again in future visits.
